What is cameron stadium duke?

Cameron Stadium, also known as Cameron Indoor Stadium, is a multi-purpose indoor arena located on the campus of Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. The stadium has a seating capacity of 9,314 and is used primarily for basketball games. It is home to the Duke Blue Devils men's and women's basketball teams. The stadium was built in 1940 and was named in honor of Eddie Cameron, a former Duke athletic director and basketball coach. Cameron Stadium has been the site of many historic games, including Duke's victories in the 1991, 1992, and 2001 NCAA Men's Basketball Championships. The stadium is known for its close proximity to the court and its electric atmosphere, which is due in large part to the Cameron Crazies, the enthusiastic and passionate student section that sits behind one of the baskets.
